Sound Estate Watch was founded by Jake Blair, whose career in residential construction spans more than 25 years across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.

Jake spent 16 years with a high-end residential masonry firm in Northern California, working on architect-designed homes and custom estates throughout the San Francisco Peninsula with Carrington Stone Masons. This work involved long-term engagement on complex residential projects where precision, coordination with architects and trades, and consistent homeowner trust were essential.
Pacific Northwest Experience
In 2020, Jake founded Heron Stone Masonry, serving waterfront and estate properties throughout the Kitsap Peninsula. This work established hands-on familiarity with:
